Our classes utilize the beat of the music to motivate and influence the intensity of the ride. A dark studio with ambient lighting allows your mind to get lost in the energy and feel the power of the pack.
Our CYCLE classes are a full-body experience strengthening both your body and your mind. You'll push through hill climbs and intense cardio bursts using the beat of the music to propel your every move.

If it's your first time, listen to your body, take a seat when you need to, hydrate, release expectations and focus on YOU.
It takes about 3 classes to get into the groove.
Arrive 15 minutes early on your first ride, so we can ensure we get you set up right and give you the best experience.
